A Mata-Analysis of The Corporate Governance Impact on Foreign Direct Investment in Kuwaiti Financial Sector

This study uses mata-analysis of the existing empirical research to identify and interpret multiple dimensions relationship between corporate governance foreign direct investment in financial sector Kuwait. Previous studies are more focused on regression analysis rarely any holistic interpretations generated towards a collective understanding these relationships. There two main focal findings emerged this study. Firstly, has shown variant correlations across sixty-seven different studies, showing temporal regional differences for relationships CG FDI. Secondly, had compiled list fourteen components FDI studies. These linked back unified theoretical lens developed based agency stewardship. The suggests that both practical attempts relating FDI, particularly be looked at factors where there hazards but same time trust component is operating.
